I'm having an issue with fallout 3, I have a the mods listed below in the load order posted, And everytime I try to launch fallout 3, It get to the "please stand by" then instantly crashes to the desktop. "Thursday, Janu11:24:20 PM Fomm 0.13.21 OS version: Microsoft Windows NT Service Pack 1, System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
